Lisdoonvara is about 6 kilometres from Doolin, the traditional music capital of Ireland, and 11 kilometres from the Cliffs of Moher. It is also within easy driving distance of Lahinch with it’s world famous championship links golf course and wonderful sandy beach which is ideal both for swimming and water sports.

This is also an ideal base for touring the Burren, visiting the Aillwee Caves and the Aran Islands. Boat trips are avilable from Doolin pier during the summer months to both the Aran Islands and to the base of the Cliffs of Moher.
